Remembrance Day 2013
On November 11th, 2013, Group 74, represented by Karen Martin and Melanie Kennedy attended the Brooklin Remembrance Day wreath laying ceremony held at the Brooklin Cenotaph. It was touching ceremony, attended by several different businesses, community groups, volunteer organizations that all come together to remember and honour all our fallen solders. Each of the local school's participated with their choirs, classes playing instruments, reading poems etc. It was so nice to see so members of our community come out to remember and give our thanks.
Until next year...
